1. How soon will I receive my jewellery once I have placed an order?
From the time of ordering, please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your jewellery. This is a guideline figure based on our busiest periods, but please contact us on 02085792629 if you need a rush service. We will do everything we can to help, but you will need to tell us your target date in advance, and we will give you an honest assessment as to whether we can meet your deadline.
For non-urgent orders, we will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always make sure that your order arrives well in advance of your wedding or other special occasion.
If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which it will be returned to Nikki Campbell.
2. Is it possible to change the colours?
Yes, this is possible. You would need to email or phone us to see if we have the colour pearls and crystals in stock that you require. Please note that a small additional charge will apply if a variation is requested on the range depicted on website. Please email us to request a quote.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments via our shopping cart are processed by PayPal at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order. We also accept payment by cheque. Please make cheque out to Nikki Campbell and send to the following address. 143 Greenford Ave, London. W7 1HA.
4. What is the cost of postage?
UK & Northern Ireland orders - will be sent recorded delivery Royal Mail or alternative courier and will be charged at £2.40 for Recorded Delivery and £4.80 for Special Delivery. Republic of Ireland orders - will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For will be charged at £3.50
5. Am I able to return or exchange my jewellery?
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. We require all items below £50 are sent recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent by special delivery.
