1. How soon will I receive my jewellery once I have placed an order?
From the time of ordering, please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your jewellery. I am based in New Zealand and the postal service here is excellent and from the time of posting takes 5 working days to be delivered. This is a guideline figure based on our busiest periods, but please contact us if you need a rush service. We will do everything we can to help, but you will need to tell us your target date in advance, and we will give you an honest assessment as to whether we can meet your deadline.
For non-urgent orders, we will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always make sure that your order arrives well in advance of your wedding or other special occasions.
If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent will be held at your local sorting office. International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which it will be returned to Nikki Campbell.
2. Is the ordering process straightforward now that you a based in New Zealand?
The actual process of ordering of your jewellery remains exactly the same. I have lowered the prices on all the jewellery by 17% to allow for any customs duties you may need to pay once your parcel arrives. This is the one aspect of ordering that you will need to bear in mind as purchasing articles online that are imported are liable for additional customs and excise duties. If you would like additional information it would be advisable to contact HRM Revenue and Customs directly as they will be of assistance.
3. How can I contact you in person?
As we have relocated during the last month I am only contactable via e-mail at present.
4. Is it possible to change the colours?
Yes, this is possible. You would need to email or phone us to see if we have the colour pearls and crystals in stock that you require. Please note that a small additional charge will apply if a variation is requested on the range depicted on website. Please email us to request a quote.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments via our shopping cart are processed by PayPal at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order. We also accept payment by bank to bank transfer.
5. What is the cost of postage?
UK & Northern Ireland orders - will be sent recorded International delivery using New Zealand Mail and will generally take between 5 and 12 working days to be delivered to you. The cost for delivering combs and tiaras is approximately £8 and for roughly the same for 3 hair pins.
6. Am I able to return or exchange my jewellery?
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within fourteen days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After fourteen days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. We require all items to be sent recorded international delivery. Unfortunately we do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
